Hi, Mary.
My heart went out to you as I read about your shoulder re-tearing after surgery, etc. - I'm still dealing with shoulder rehab from the injury when I got tbi and not sure I will be facing surgery for a tear in one of my rotator cuff muscles (still trying to regain as much range of motion, strength in the other rotator cuff muscles, etc. as possible first). It can be easy to start to isolate ourselves when there is so much to try to juggle in life, everything feels like such an enrgy drain (especially when pain is involved), and when there are set-backs, just new things to adjust to, etc.. I was glad you checked back in and and shared a bit of what has been happening with you. This site can be such an important link for support, inspiration, resources, and friendship - really has helped to make both the challenging and good times better for me. I hope you can avoid a second surgery, Mary, but sometimes long term benefits require a lot of sacrifce (something I suspect you know all to well!!!!). I can relate to what a tough dance shoulder rehab can be - especially as you start to make gains and your body begins to "remember" what it used to be able to do. I wish you well in your recovery, Mary. Hope today is a good one for you, too! ~ Kathie

Hi Mary....I know, I haven't been on here for about a year or so....Praying that all is well with you.  Correct me if I am wrong, but aren't you on Adderall?  Was that you that told me that?  Please remind me if you don't mind.  I would like to ask you some questions about it....Thanks....Have a great day....Kerry
