My life changed forever because of someone's few seconds of inattention

My life changed forever on July 13, 2001 when we were rear-ended while stopped at a red light by an inattentive driver who hit us at a speed of approximately 60 km/hr. For a seemingly minor traffic collision where I thought I might have a stiff neck for a few days and would then get on with my life, this was not to be the case.

The first 6 months were the worse. My head was heavy and difficult to hold upright. I was… Continue

Good Morning Deb,
Hoping you slept well. I did for a change! Ha! I am off to do a work-out. It has been a great stress release and brain inhancement to help heal the brain in some regards. Endorphine, which is a chemical that is naturally created when working out into an intensity gives off a natural enhancement that is medically proven to help the brain.
I always feel increadbly better after working out for 45min.-1 hr., 3 days a week. You can do it to. Please feel free to contact me in any department of support.
