Spirituality and TBI

Hello I was a  Chaplain a hospital who worked with TBI patients. Now I'm a Chaplain with a hospice in the Chicago area. I'm interested in hearing stories about how your spirituality has helped you  with your TBI. Anyone who has any form of spirituality is welcome. Thanks. Phil

Hi Phil, my experience in 1986 when my son drowned and later died was a very traumatic and spiritual journey.. which happened in a children"s hospital in Australia.. where the Grace of God showed me the light..

It was MY FAITH that keeps me  the white bright light that covered me when the hellicopter crashed was not JESUS.Splitting a flight helmet in half can leave an invisable wound A metalic tast in the mouth and then going into shock.40 years later still doing my best to fit in Iam Humble to THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA for giving me MY FREEDOM I came here from KINGSTON, JAMAICA. W.I. when I was 8years old.AT AGE 18 I WAS PROUD TO SERVE .GOD BLESS THE U.S.A. I LOVE THE U.S.A. I WILL PROTECT HER and NEVER LET THE STARS AND STRIPS FALL.

oops make that "debate'  not drbate.

Please note why I set this group  up: "I'm interested in hearing stories about how your spirituality has helped you  with your TBI." If you want to drbate theology, Scripture, etc that is well and good- but this is NOT the place for it.

Thanks,  Phil

I challenge anyone to prove that Jesus Christ is not God Himself....good luck with that and I pray that the Lord truly reveals Himself to you as you search, because that is exactly what will happen....believe what you will, but if you doubt something then prove it.

Dear Arthur....loved the picture....if someone can look at that and NOT believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and savior and realize that God is eternal needs to do some soul searching.

God Bless....Kerry
